1. Perform operating checklist and remove all loaded.
2. Check whether the AC circuit breaker is "ON", if
not, switch the breaker from "OFF" position to "ON"
position
3. Pull the choke valve switch to "CLOSE" position.
Choke plate should be setting in different width due to
temperature and other factors.
4. Manual start
Turn the switch to "ON" position. And then seize the
starter handle and slow pulling until there is a sense

WARNING
KICKBACK
Rapid retraction of the starter cord will pull hand and
arm towards the engine faster than you can let go.
Unintentional startup can result in hurtful accident.
CAUTION
If engine cannot be started or shut down after start for
three times, check to ensure engine is placed on a
horizontal surface and is filled with enough oil.
If engine is equipped with a low oil level sensor, when
oil in crankcase is below the minimum level, this will
prevent engine from start.
Make oil routine inspection before engine running. See
maintenance and servicing section for recommended
maintenance intervals.
If engine speed is raised to the speed over starter but
does not keep running(fails to start), then the engine
must stop before start again. If flywheel starts to rotate
automatically but starter is still engaged, there may be
a conflict between flywheel external gear and starter
pinion swhich may cause damage to starter.
5. When the engine operates stably, pull the choke
valve to "OPEN" position.
