TECHNICIAN - INITIAL BOILER CHECK

To start the boiler, proceed as follows:
- ensure that the declaration of conformity of installation is supplied with
the appliance;
TR
- ensure that the type of gas used corresponds to boiler settings;
- check connection to a 230V-50Hz power mains, correct L-N polarity
and the earthing connection;
CZ
- switch on the boiler and ensure correct ignition;
- check that the maximum, intermediate and minimum gas flow rate
and relative pressure values conform to those given in the handbook
on page. 97;
HU
- check activation of the safety device in the event of gas supply failure, as
well as the relative activation time;
- check operation of the main switch located ahead of the boiler;
RU
- check draught during regular boiler operation, by means of, for example,
a vacuum meter placed directly at the fumes outlet;

The boiler may be connected to a room thermostat (S20), programmable
On/Off thermostat, programmable timer or a Digital Remote Control
(DRC). Connect to terminals 40 - 41 and remove the jumper X40.

- make sure there is no backflow of fumes, even during operation of
eventual electric fans;
- check activation of all regulation devices;
- seal the gas flow rate regulation devices (if settings are modified);
- check production of hot water;
- check that water circuits are sealed;
- check that there is adequate ventilation and/or aeration of the boiler
environment.
If any checks/inspections give negative results, do not start the boiler.
