Screws (4 x M8)
Locking ring
Note 1: For technical reasons, it could happen that one
tooth of the toothed segments rests on the locking ring
when locking and therefore the articulated arm lock does
not engage. A slight horizontal movement of the support
arm should then engage the lock.
Note 2: The locking device is adjusted and checked at
the factory during final assembly.
If, however, the locking mechanism only engages with
difficulty during assembly of the support arm, it can be
readjusted by an expert on site. To do this, first loosen
the four screws of the toothed locking ring. The slight play
between the toothed locking ring and the support arm
bolts is usually sufficient to increase the distance between
the teeth and allow the locking mechanism to move more
smoothly. Afterwards, the screws of the toothed locking
ring must be reattached and tightened with a torque of
25 Nm.
8.3 Lifting arm alignment
After assembly of the lift, the lifting arm may be placed at
the lowest position and become difficult to move. There is
the option of setting the set screw so that the lifting arms
can be moved more easily.

8.3.1 Control of the self-locking nuts
Toothed
After the assembly, the self-locking nuts have to be
segment
checked. The threads of the piston rod must protrude from
the nuts (see drawing).
8.3.2 Latch
After the latch is connected it must be tested!
