Safety in use
• Place the machine on a flat surface. If used on a carpet, make sure
the ventilation holes are not covered.
• Do not jump on the device, as you may damage it. Start progressively.
• The device has been designed for individual use and can be used by
only one person at a time. Any damage caused by improper use will
not be covered by the guarantee.
• If you feel uncomfortable or dizzy, stop the machine immediately. If
you have chest pain or other symptoms, consult your doctor.
• If you have not been doing sport for a long time or have heart,
circulation or orthopaedic problems, consult your doctor before
using the device.
• Do not wear clothes that are too long, avoid friction on the treadmill
as this makes it difficult to use. Wear sports shoes when exercising on
the treadmill.
• Do not stand on the treadmill when you switch it on.
• Do not stop walking/running abruptly. When the treadmill is running,
press the power button and it will stop gradually. Stop running when
the treadmill has come to a complete stop.
• When folding or moving the running machine, make sure the safety
lock is fully engaged.
• Let the treadmill rest for 15 minutes for every hour of exercise.
