Total Number

The integrated total countes the number of rwoing trains from 0 to 9.999 since the last time
the batteries were inserted from the begining of the training. This counter can only be reset
to 0 by removing the batteries.
Calories [CAL]
The integrated calorie counter counts up to 9.999 cal from the start of the training.
This statement is only valid as a guideline and serves to compare the performance
achieved in several training units.
Ads [SCAN]
In scanning mode, the computer in the display alternating time for a few seconds each,
number of rows, total number of rows and calorie consumption.
Resistance
You can adjust the training resistance of your new rowing machine by loosening the fixing
knob and attaching the hydraulic cylinder together with the stop clamp on both sides in the
different holes. The further away the hole is from the bar joint, the higher the training resis-
tance.
The rowing resistance should be adjusted according to person and training status. A higher
training resistance increases the stress on the muscles and usually means a shorter train-
ing time due to the fatigue occurring. Low training resistance allows long-lasting training
and broader effects on the cardiovascular system. Apersonal balance should be struck
between these two objectives.
