STARTING THE MACHINE
1. Enable all protections;
2. Press the "I" key to activate the machine;
3. Set the machine working time from 1 to 30 min. by
turning the timer knob to the desired position;
4. After the time is up, the machine stops;
5. Press the "0" key to turn off the machine;
USING THE 2-SPEED MACHINE
Machines with three-phase motor, can be produced with the second speed.
To activate these machines, follow these steps:.
1. Start the mixer as previously described in points 1, 2, 3;
2. Select the desired speed by turning the selector to 1 or 2;
3. After the time is up, the machine stops;
4. Press the "0" key to turn off the machine;
POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS
DYSFUNCTION
The machine does not start
The spiral is not constant in the
rotation
Machine stops while in use.
CAUSE
No electric current
The stop button is stuck
The protective grid and the lid are lifted,
or the bowl is not correctly positioned.
The timer is in position 0
The chain is loose
The fuse does not work
SOLUTION
Check the main switch, the socket, Check
the main switch, the plug, and the power
cable
Press the green key
Correctly lower the protective grid and
the cover and reposition the tank
Set the timer from 1 to 30
minutes or in manual mode
Tension the chain following the
instructions on page 20
Replace the fuse with one with the
same characteristics.
