This appliance have European warranty in accordance with article 9 and successive articles of Act 23/2003
of 10th July.
● BUTSIR shall not be held liable for any damage caused by any improper use of the appliance, lack of
appropriate maintenance or of handling the appliance outside of its intended use.
● Breakdowns or damage caused by transport, knocks or scratches, installation defects, misuse, gas su-
pply deficiencies and causes of force majeure: fire, gas leacks, etc...
The user shall be responsible for the installation of gas (and any subsequent leaks), as well as observance
of regulatory legislation. The manufacturer is exempt from any liability in this matter.
This guarantee shall only be valid if correctly completed and presented with the appliance invoice or sales receipt.
