3.1. Communications cards
3.1.1. RS-485 card
The general specifications of the card are indicated below.

Horizontal assembly
The RS-485 connection is performed as follows.
* Terminal to facilitate the connection.
Position 3 of the switch enables the end of line resistor to be connected to the RS-485 bus. Positions 1 and 2
activate the pull-up and pull-down resistors required for devices with Standard uncertainty threshold.
Positions 1, 2 and 3 of the switch must be activated in the two units considered as end of line of the RS-485 bus.
