DAILY CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Unplug the appliance before cleaning it, and wait for the surface to
cool.
2.
Glass plate, panel and housing:
a) Can use a damp cloth for small dirt.
b ) For big dirt and grease stains: clean cloth with a mild cleaning product,
with the fan on, dust and dirt can accumulate in ventilation openings;
clean them regularly with a soft brush or cotton swab..
3.
Never clean the device directly with water, as this will damage it.
4.
Make sure that the male plug of the plate is correctly inserted into the
outlet, for safety reasons.
5.
Do not unplug the device by pulling on the cable while it is operating.
First press the on / off button, then unplug the device.
6.
Once the appliance has been switched off, the fan continues to run for a
few moments to cool the plate; Wait till the fan stops completely to
unplug the appliance.
7.
Unplug the cable and store it if you intend to leave it unused for a long
time.
WARNING :
the plate; you may scratch the surface. Such scratches must be removed
immediately as soon as the plate has cooled, using the cleaning cream
provided for this purpose. If these scratches are not removed before the next
use of the plate, they can become indelible.
Utensils (cast iron, metal, glass or ceramic) thoroughly rough may leave
streaks or scratches on the plate surface. Avoid sliding glass or metal utensils
on the griddle. Do not use the plate as a cutting board or as a kitchen counter.
Do not attempt to cook food directly on the griddle without utensils.
Do not let hard or heavy objects falling on the glass surface, it may crack
or even break it.
Avoid sliding utensils with copper or aluminum bottoms onto
