11. Why does hair grow back on the area that I treated last week?
It is quite common that the hair gives the impression of continuing to grow for 1-2 weeks
after a hair removal session with the hair removal device
. This process is
called "ejection." After 2 weeks, however, you will find that these hairs are falling off
or are releasing themselves from their follicle. That being said, we do not recommend
that you pull on the hairs to release them. Let them fall naturally. In addition, some
hairs will not have been affected by the hair removal device
due to either
misapplication or the fact that the hairs are in a resting phase. These hairs will be
treated during subsequent sessions, hence the need to have several sessions in order to
achieve the desired effect with the hair removal device
.
12. I heard that some hairs grow back lighter and finer after photo-epilation?
This phenomenon is well documented by professionals who use devices with light
technology (Laser and pulsed light) for hair removal treatments. It is possible that
some hairs grow back lighter and finer after depilation with the hair removal device
. In general, these hairs are only a small part of the original hairiness.
Treatment must be continued to achieve the desired result.
13. Is long-term use of the hair removal device
dangerous for my skin?
L'utilisation du Laser et de la lumière pulsée en médecine esthétique a été fortement
documentée ces 15 dernières années dans des revues professionnelles. Ces revues et
institutions n'ont pas rapporté d'effets secondaires ou de blessures liées à l'usage à
long terme d'appareils à Laser ou à lumière pulsée.
