for both the device and the user.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug or any part of the appliance in
water or any other liquid, nor expose electrical connections
to water. Make sure your hands are completely dry before
handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
- When filling the water tank, be careful to avoid spillage,
especially on the pipe and electrical parts of the appliance.
- The temperature of the accessible surfaces, in particular
the steam tube, filter, portafilter and coffee spout may be
high while the product is in use and may cause burns. Do not
touch hot surfaces while in use or immediately after. Wait
until it is cool before handling these parts or wear gloves.
- Do not insert coffee beans while the machine is in operation.
- Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply
when not in use, before cleaning it and before assembling its
components. Pull from the plug, not the cord, to disconnect
