6. Use the double scrubbing method for heavily soiled
areas. First scrub the area with the squeegee up,
let solution set for 3-5 minutes, then scrub the area
a second time with squeegee down.
7. When leaving the machine unattended, remove the
key.
8. Do not operate machine in areas where the
ambient temperature is above 110F/43C or below
freezing 32F/0C.
CONTROL PANEL METER
The control panel meter displays the battery charge
level and the machine operating hours.
The battery meter has 10 LED's that displays the
battery voltage level. Only 1 LED will be illuminated at
a time. When fully charged, the far right #10 LED will
be illuminated as shown (Figure 15). As the battery
voltage drops, the illuminated LED will drop to the next
position. When the voltage level reaches the #2 LED,
the LED will begin to flash to alert operator to recharge
batteries. The #1 LED and #2 LED will flash alternately
when voltage continues to drop. Stop scrubbing and
recharge batteries to prevent battery damage.
Use the hour meter to perform specific maintenance
procedures and to record service history.
