Cause
The combustion engine does not start:
• The tank is out of fuel;
The fuel line is clogged;
• The fuel in the tank is of poor quality, has water, is
dirty or is already old;
• The throttle lever is not in the start position;
• The air filter is dirty;
• Very low engine oil level;
The appliance is too tilted;
• The fuel pump and injector do not supply the required
fuel;
• The injector is dirty;
• The battery is dead;
Start-up difficulties or reduced combustion
power:
• There is water in the fuel tank;
• The fuel tank is dirty;
• The air filter is dirty;
The engine runs irregularly:
• The air filter is dirty;
The combustion engine overheats:
• Cooling fins are dirty;
• Engine oil level too low;
The generator is smoking:
• The air filter is dirty;
Strong vibrations while operating:
• Loose engine housing;
No voltage at the AC sockets:
• The circuit breaker for the AC sockets is not in the
"ON" position;
• The appliances or extension cords connected to the
generator are faulty;
• The plug is not well connected to the socket;
• The engine was started with the appliances plugged
into the AC sockets;
No voltage at the DC terminals:
• The DC fuse is damaged;

Solution
• Fill the tank with fuel;
Clean the fuel line;
• Use new fuel;
• Set the throttle lever to the start position;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Top up oil to the appropriate level;
Place the appliance on flat floor;
• Repair or clean (*);
• Clean the injector (*);
• Charge or replace the battery;

• Empty the fuel tank;
• Clean the fuel tank;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Clean the cooling fins;
• Top up the engine oil level;
• Clean/replace the air filter;
• Tighten the engine fixing bolts;
• Set the circuit breaker for the AC sockets to the "ON"
position;
• Change the appliances or extension cords;
• Connect them properly;
• Unplug all devices from the sockets and restart the
generator;
• Replace DC fuse;
