1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines,
using
state-of-the-art
technologies
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE
THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
USER MANUAL.

trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION!

instructions. Failure to follow warnings and
instructions could result in serious injury or even
death.

U S E R M A N U A L
The term "device" or "product" in the warnings and
instructions refers to the cross beam for floor jack.
2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORK AREA
a)
Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what
you are doing and use common sense when working
with the device.
b)
If in doubt as to whether the device is working
properly, contact the manufacturer's service.
c)
Repairs to the device may only be carried out by
the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs
yourself!
d)
No children or unauthorised persons are allowed in
the work area. (Lack of attention may result in loss of
control over the device).
e)
Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly.
Replace them if they are illegible.
f)
Keep these instructions for future reference. If
the device is to be passed on to third parties, the
instructions for use must be handed over together
with the device.
g)
Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of
the reach of children.

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY

Do not operate the device if you are tired, ill or under

might impair your ability to operate the device.

physically fit, capable of handling the device and who
have been adequately trained, who have read these
instructions and have received training in health and
safety.

clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by
moving parts.

The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2.3. SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE

Keep unused devices out of the reach of children
and anyone not familiar with the device or these
instructions. Devices are dangerous in the hands of

Keep the device in good working order. Before each
use, check for general damage or damage to moving
parts (cracks in parts and components or any other
condition that may affect the safe operation of the
device). If damaged, have the device repaired before
use.

carried out by qualified persons using only original
spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.

vehicle makes and models may prevent the intended

Keep the device clean. It should not be contaminated
with oil or grease as this may cause unexpected
vehicle movement.

Always apply the parking brake or lock the wheels
when working on vehicles.

Use the points designated by the car manufacturer
for the placement of supports and jacks under the
vehicle.

Do not under catch falling loads any circumstances!
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed as auxiliary workshop element for
lifting and supporting. It is used to lift one side of a car, e.g.
front/rear, left/right.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

LOCATION OF THE DEVICE
Always operate the device on a level, stable, clean, fireproof
and dry surface and out of the reach of children and
persons with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual
abilities.
3.2. WORKING WITH THE DEVICE
When working with the device always use the supplied
chains.
The width of the traverse can be adjusted by inserting or
extending the arms on both sides.
3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Use only non-corrosive agents for cleaning the
surface.
b)
After each cleaning, all components should be well
dried before the device s used again.
c)
Store the device in a dry and cool place protected
from moisture and direct sunlight.
d)
Regularly inspect the device for technical failure and
damage.
e)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may
damage the surface of the device.
