Possible Cause(s)
1. Control lever is not in the
RAISE or "down" position
2. Air has entered into the
hydraulic system
3. Up/Down control assembly is
out of adjustment
4. Up/Down control assembly is
broken
5. Low oil level
6. Pump valve assembly has
failed
7. Worn or damaged seals (oil
leak will be evident)

Corrective action
1. Move the control lever into the RAISE
or "down" position and pump the handle
2. Bleed air from system, see section 7.‐
3. Be sure the chain is properly attached
to the lowering lever
4. Contact IMCOINSA to order a new
Up/Down control assembly.
5. Add hydraulic oil
6. Contact IMCOINSA to order a
replacement pump valve assembly
7. Contact IMCOINSA to order a
replacement of seal(s)
Adjust lowering lever set screw, see
section 4.1.‐
See section 4.1‐ to know how to proceed
1. Drain small amount of hydraulic oil and
retry.
2. Replace push rods
Order new wheel kits.
