Position tab of
temperature adapter
to 6 o'clock position.
4. Install the Mounting Hub
Position the tab on the temperature adapter in the 6 o'clock
position.
Gently slide the mounting hub over the valve stem and into the
temperature adapter. The "Up" imprint on the hub should be
situated in the 12 o'clock position.
Align the four slots in the hub base with the four tabs on the
temperature adapter. The coil can be turned to achieve the proper
alignment.
Firmly push the hub into place. There will be a noise as it snaps
into place.
Make sure all four slots are engaged.
Position the pin on the mounting hub assembly at approximately
the 7 o'clock position, directly above the first tooth on the
mounting hub assembly.
