Carefully move the pull piston unit on the threa-
ded-mandrel C backwards and forwards by hand
up to the stop until hydraulic oil emerges without
bubbles; push back the pull piston unit as far as
it will go and leave in this position (hydraulic oil in
the oil refill reservoir sinks!)
Caution: Make sure no air is sucked in!
Unscrew the oil refill reservoir from the blind rivet
nut setting tool
Screw in the oil screw plug I and seal J using a
T20 TORX
screwdriver.

Connect the blind rivet nut setting tool to the air
supply via a pressure regulator and then reset the
pressure regulator to 0 bar
Caution! Do not release yellow trigger button
Unscrew the oil screw plug I and seal J using a
T20 TORX
screwdriver.

Screw on supplied oil refill reservoir with cover.
Slowly raise the air pressure to the air supply
pressure by means of the pressure regulator;
excess hydraulic oil will be pressed out!
Unscrew the oil refill reservoir from the blind rivet
nut unit and use a rag to soak up the leaked
hydraulic oil
Screw in the oil screw plug I and seal J using a
T20 TORX
screwdriver.

Screw on the nosepiece B with lock nut A
Disconnect the blind rivet nut setting tool from the
compressed air supply
Tip out the old hydraulic oil together with the blind
rivet nut setting tool and fill the oil refill reservoir
with fresh hydraulic oil up to the upper mark
