HOT DRINK DISPENSING
SET-UP FOR PREPARATION OF THE
DRINK
The espresso machine is equipped with two mug/
cups position for preparation of hot drinks.
Adjustment of the mug support:
Espresso coffee cup: remove the drip tray and
rotate the handle to raise the mug grid. (Fig.1)

Long coffee cup: position the cup support in the
upper position. (Fig.2)
Coffee mug: remove the upper mug support, in-
sert the grid in the lower drip tray. (Fig. 3)

PREPARATION OF MILK BASED DRINKS
In order to avoid obtaining a poorly foamy milk,
or one with large air bubbles, always clean
the milk box as described in the paragraphs
"Cleaning of the milk box after every use" and
"Milk box cleaning".

Raise the milk container cover.

Fill the Milk Box with a sufficient amount of milk,
not exceeding the MAX indicated on the con-
tainer.

Espresso and hot drink machine which uses single-dose capsules
In order to obtain good results, it is advised to
use whole or semi-skimmed milk at fridge tem-
perature (approximately 5°C).
If any milk is left inside the "milk box" after your
preparation, the container can be put in the
fridge for proper storage.

Make sure the draught tube is inserted correctly
into the specific seat on the bottom of the milk
box cover.

Reposition the cover on the Milk Box.

Hook by pushing the Milk Box all the way inside
the connector located on the machine. The ma-
chine produces an acoustic signal (if the acous-
tic warning function is active).

Place a sufficiently large mug under the coffee
brewer spouts and under the milk brewer.

Select the desired drink as indicated in the fol-
lowing paragraphs.
Adjust the quality of the foam:
By rotating the foam adjustment knob, it is pos-
sible to select the quantity of foam of the milk
which will be brewed during preparation of milk
based drinks.
