CLEANING AND DECALCIFICATION OP-
ERATIONS
To ensure maximum quality of the brewed prod-
uct and longevity of the machine, it is recom-
mended to periodically carry out a decalcifica-
tion cycle.
After 600 brewing, the S.20 machine warns to
carry out a decalcification cycle through a guid-
ed procedure. The report occurs automatically
through popup.
If you do not proceed with decalcification, at
each new brewing the machine will show the
warning until decalcification is carried out.
The machine will work regularly.

Carefully follow the safety instructions on
the descaling agents on the market. Avoid
contact with your eyes, skin and surround-
ing surfaces.
Only use solutions for coffee machines.
Never use Vinegar or lemon as they will
irrevocably spoil the machine, invalidating
the warranty.

After pressing "Start",
the machine will start
the automatic decalci-
fication procedure,
guiding the user step
by step up to comple-
tion of the operation.

Fill the water tank with
a solution of water and
descaler, following the
instructions indicated
on the product packag-
ing. Press "Next".
Position the drip tray and the Milk Box. Press
"Next" for both operations.
Take one of the empty
capsules located in the
machine accessories.
If not available, with
the help of a teaspoon,
empty
cleaning it scrupulously
from coffee powder.
Open the capsule inser-
tion compartment and
insert the empty cap-
sule inside the machine
as to prepare a drink.
Press "Next".
Place a mug under the
brewing spout. Press
"Next".
Press "Next" again to start decalcification.
The decalcification cycle lasts 25 minutes until
the next popup does not appear automatically.
