Raise the capsule insertion lever.

Insert the Essse Sistema Espresso capsule into
the capsule insertion compartment.
Never insert your fingers or any object
in the capsule insertion compartment.
Only Essse Caffè Sistema Espresso cap-
sules must be inserted in the capsule
insertion compartment.

Lower the capsule insertion lever.

To display the selectable drinks, it is enough to
scroll the display rightwards or leftwards using
your finger.

Make sure the ma-
chine is ready for
brewing: work in the
Menu or My Menu
section of the Ready
screen.
In the Menu section
are present the four
selectable drinks. The
drinks are standard,
namely not customiza-
ble by the user.
The bar at the bottom,
if slid upwards, shows
the settings menu.
Inside My Menu are
contained the drinks
customized by the user.
In the event that there
are
drinks by the user, the
machine will show a
copy of the drinks con-
tained in the Menu.
For drinks which entail the use of fresh milk, fill
the Milk Box with milk without exceeding the
indicated MAX level.
Connect the Milk Box to the machine checking
that the connection through the steam connector
is stable.
Press the desired drink to start prepara-
tion. The machine will show a sequence
of images that indicated the state of pro-
gression of the preparation of a drink.
Once the drink is ready, after a couple seconds,
the display will show the Ready screen again,
indicating that the machine is ready for a new
use.
At the end of brewing, always raise the
capsule insertion lever to unload the
used capsule. Then, lower and always
leave the capsule insertion compartment
closed.
