Installation
• Inspect the product for transport damage.
• Before installation, depressurize and de-energize the respective system part.
• Secure against being switched back on.
• Route the cables and lines protected to prevent mechanical damage and
ensure that no one can trip over them.
• Check all seals and locks for completeness and undamaged condition.
Commissioning
• To prevent condensation, allow the product to acclimatize for a few hours
before commissioning.
• Have the product approved by a specialist electrician on the basis of national
standards and requirements.
• Only start up a product that has been completely installed.
• Do not reach into moving parts.
Operation
• Check the product for malfunctions. Make sure that only authorized
personnel are
– starting or operating the system, or interfering with its normal operation.
– Operating component or part adjusters.
Only move the lifting modules if you have a suffi cient overview and
appropriate control over the travel distance.
• Do not reach into moving parts.
Maintenance and repair
• Make sure that access to maintenance and inspection points is free of
obstacles.
• See section 10 "Maintenance and repair".
• Depressurize and de-energize the respective system component.
• Secure against being switched back on.

Personal protective equipment
• Wear suitable protective equipment like safety footwear, close-fi tting
clothing, hair net.
You are responsible for suitable personal protective equipment.
All component parts of the personal protective equipment must be free
of damage.

• Before commissioning or recommissioning, ensure CE conformity.
