RMS REAL TECHNICAL EXPLANATION
• To measure the non-sine wave signal, the measure method of the real
RMS value is lower than the average value response method.
• The RMS multimeter can measure with Precision the non-sine wave
signal but to test the AC voltage or current without the AC signal input,
the multimeter shall show a reading between 1 to 50. These deviations in
readings are normal.In measuring specific ranges, the multimeter will
not be affected to measure the current or voltage Precision. The real
RMS requires an input signal to be measured to certain level so that the
c.a. voltage range and current is specified between 2% and 100 % of the
complete scale.
WORK PROPORTION
Work proportion refers to the high level within a period of time. The work
cycle proportion of a square wave is 50%, the work proportion is 0,1
justified by the level of 0,1 cycles.

idle. The tachometer speed of the motor is known as idle speed. The idle
