7 Fitting the Valve
Do not overtighten the locking pin.
We recommend using a locking pin that has a shoulder of between 13.5 mm and 19 mm in
diameter.
1.
Put the valve on the distal cap.
3.
Torque the locking pin to 3 Nm, or tighten it with
your fingers by 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn.
8 Fitting the Spacer
Fit the spacer between the pin lock and the
valve only if the pin lock prevents the valve
from opening.

Put the washer between the locking pin and the
valve. Apply Loctite 243 to the threads of the
locking pin.
4.
Confirm sufficient clearance in socket for valve to
operate correctly.
