In order to increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. In order to decrease the resistance, turn
the resistance knob counterclockwise.
Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob. Set the handlebar in the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the handlebar is secured.
Loosen the adjustment knob. Set the saddle at the right height and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
The right saddle height improves exercise efficiency and reduces the risk of injuries.
Set the pedals vertically (one up and one down). Sit on the bike and put your feet on the pedals. Make sure the foot in
the lower pedal is comfortable. If it is excessively bent, lift the saddle up. If you cannot reach the pedal or experience
hyperextension in your leg, lower the saddle.
Loosen the saddle guide knob. Set the saddle to the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
Shifting the saddle to the front or rear will activate different muscle groups.
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of
the adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other pedal.
5. Install the handlebar
Remove heart rate cables (28) from the post (27) through the handlebar post
(17).
Fix the handlebar (27) to the handlebar post (17) with the handlebar angle
adjustment handle (16), handlebar cover (32), separator (30), and flat
washer (31) as shown in the picture.
6. Install the computer
Connect the heart rate measurement cables (28) and the computer cable
pulled from the handlebar column to computer cables (24).
Fix the computer (24) to the computer bracket on the handlebar column (17)
with cross-head bolts (21).
7. Install the water bottle holder
Install the water bottle holder (43) on the handlebar column (17) using
the bolt (45) and the flat washer (46). Make sure the holder is secure
and insert the bottle.
