BATTERY OPERATION*
1. Push on the battery case in to allow the faux battery
case to disengage from the housing. Remove the
faux battery case that come with the unit and set
aside, then insert the battery. Push the battery in to
allow the spring -loaded plunger to lock the battery in
place.
2. There will be a battery icon on the controller after
you insert the battery into the unit to let you know
the grill is powered with battery and how much life is
left on the battery.
IMPORTANT
• There is a magnet on the end of the spring-loaded plunger that will
hold the battery in place when it is inserted and disengaged.
• The battery will charge in the unit when the A/C adapter is plugged
in. The average time for a battery to charge is between 5-6 hours.
The alternative way to charge the battery is to remove the battery
from the unit and charge it with a Halo charging dock. The charging
dock and battery pack can be acquired at www.halo-pg.com.
