Knife Bearing Lubrication Point - TRC-50
Avoid using gasoline that has been stored for more
than seven days as it causes malfunctioning and
decreases the useful life of the engine.
Fill the tank carefully not to spill the fuel.
Only fill with good quality gasoline.
Note the capacity of the fuel tank (see "Technical
Specifications").
Crankcase Oil - TRC-50
The motor leaves the factory without oil, before
starting fill the crankcase with oil as recommended
in the motor manual in regions with atypical
temperature or altitude.
Open the dipstick cap and fill the amount of oil into
the feeder tube, then check the level with the
dipstick.
Always check the oil level before using the Crusher;
if the level is low, it must be topped up.

Correct level
It is recommended to re-lubricate the bearing with 4
grams of grease every 25 working hours.
If the bearing is excessively noisy, contact a TRAPP
Service Technician.
Before injecting the grease by the grease plug, check
the inlet and confirm there is no dirt in the place, thus
improving the lubrication effectiveness

Oil exchange, remove the gasoline from the gas
tank, open the oil dipstick cap and tilt the machine to
pour the used oil into an appropriate container, then
follow the manufacturer's instructions to dispose of
the used oil. After removing the dirty oil, follow the
procedure described above to fill the crankcase with
new oil.
On engines that leave the factory with a drain plug,
open the plug and position a trough or container to
collect the drained oil. After draining all the oil, fix
the drain plug on the engine and add new oil to the
engine according to the quantity and specification
of the type of oil in the engine manual.
Warning!
Be careful: Gasoline is highly flammable.
Close the tank, thoroughly tightening
the cover to avoid leakage.
Never fill the tank with the motor on.
Switch the motor off before removing
the fuel cover.
Do not add gasoline while the motor is
hot.
