• To end a call, press the multifunction button
once again on any earbud. Likewise, you may
also finish the call directly using the end key
on your smartphone.
• To ignore an incoming call and send the caller
to voicemail, double tap or hold the
multifunction button on any earbud.
• Press the multifunction button once on either
one of the earbuds to play and stop audio
playback.
• Double tap the left button to go to the
previous track.
• Double tap the right button to go to the next
track.
• Triple tap the left button to lower the
volume.
• Triple tap the right button to increase the
volume.
• Press and hold the left button for 2 seconds
to activate the voice assistant for Siri or
Google. Press and hold again for 2 seconds
to turn it off.
• When the earbuds are removed from the
charging case, they are automatically in
mode.

• Press and hold the right button for 2
seconds to switch mode (Transparen-
cy/ANC On/ANC Off).
5. Troubleshooting
If you can't connect the earbuds to your
mobile phone, try the following:
• Make sure that the earbuds are charged,
turned on, paired with, and connected to
your mobile phone.
• Make sure the Bluetooth
on your phone.
Precautions
• Your earbuds are powered by a
rechargeable battery. The battery can be
charged and discharged hundreds of times,
but it will eventually wear out. Recharge
your battery only with compatible chargers.
• Unplug the USB charger from the source
feature is activated
