The IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery requires Calibration/
Reconditioning. At the next available opportunity, place the
battery into an IMPRES 2 charger that has Calibration enabled
and allow the charger to complete Calibration (Steady Green).
The charger is unable to detect the display on at least one of the
other pockets.
Remove the battery from the pocket. Verify that the battery is
NOT attached to a radio.
Verify that the battery is an IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery.
Other batteries will be faulted.
Clean the IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery electrical contacts
using a dry cloth.
Remove power from the charger, then clean the pocket
electrical contacts using a dry cloth.
Try replacing the battery with another IMPRES 2 or IMPRES
battery. If the fault no longer exists, then take the faulted
IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery out of service.
If the fault persists with the replacement IMPRES 2 or IMPRES
battery, take the charger out of service.
The Potential Capacity of the IMPRES 2 or IMPRES battery
may be less than the Long-Term Storage selection. The battery
may be nearing End of Life.
