The following table shows failures types and possible causes and tells you how you
to fix them if your garden tool isn't working correctly.
If, despite this, you can not find the problem and solve it, contact our Voltr/Alice's Garden Service Centre.

Possible cause
Solution
Plug it in
Replace the switch
Test with a new extension cable
Check connections between plug, extension
cable and machine
Press the lock button before pressing the
forward/backward handle
Switch off and wait for all elements to stop
Remove elements which are blocked
Check all screws and fasteners,
then tighten them
Straighten/sharpen the blades before using,
if vibrations continue, replace the reamer
Check each wheel turns freely
and clear the elements that may interfere
Change the work depth
Replace roller
Adjust depth
Use a suitable extension cord
Try another power source
Clean ventilation openings.
