NOTE
This data is a rough guide for comparison of
different exercise sessions which cannot be used
in medical treatment
Heart rate
-
Current pulse will display after 6 seconds when
detected by the console.
-
Target HR in Percentage ( auto calculated based on
you age, that has been set when started console )
-
Increase speed will blink when target in below 65%
when being in Target HR mode.
-
Decrease speed will blink when target is above 85%
when being in Target HR mode.
Explanation of buttons
Start
-
Start your workout.
-
Resume workout in Pause mode.
Enter/ Mode
-
Confirm ( target ) setting.
-
Scroll through the menu/ selectable options.
-
Press ENTER/ MODE key and hold for 10 seconds
to reset all function figures and switch units.
Stop
-
Pause your workout when being in workout mode.
-
Stop your workout when being in Pause mode.
-
Press STOP key and hold for 3 seconds to reset all
function figures.
Down
-
Decrease value.
-
Scroll through programs in setting mode.
-
Button has no function in workout mode.
Up
-
Increase value.
-
Scroll through programs in setting mode.
-
Button has no function in workout mode.
Program quick buttons
-
Press Program quick button to enter default
program setting fast.
Operation
Power on
-
Press any key or start pedalling to power on the
console when being in sleep mode..
-
Age function will blink when console starts up/ is
reset. Use UP/ DOWN key to set the correct age
value and confirm with ENTER/ MODE button.
NOTE
Set your age right is important for build in heart
rate functions/ programs.
Power off
Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor
for 4 minutes the monitor will enter SLEEP mode
automatically. ( Active training data will be lost )
WARNING
It is recommended to remove batteries if
equipment is not used for a longer period of
time.
Programs
Manual mode
-
Press START button, to start your workout fast
without any further pre set targets. All figures will
count up.
-
Press ENTER/ MODE button once to set target
TIME. Twice to set target DISTANCE or three times
to set target CALORIES.

Use UP/ DOWN keys to set target and confirm with
MODE/ ENTER. ( remaining will show )
-
Press START button to start your workout.
NOTE
Only one target can be set, the not set targets
should be confirmed as "0" goal target.
When set a target, the training will end when
target is reached.
If no target is set, the training will continue until
user ends training.
Interval custom
An interval training, will vary in "Exercise" mode and a
"Rest" mode, and will repeat this a number of cycles.
-
Press ENTER/ MODE to confirm.
-
Use UP/ DOWN Key to adjust the "Exercise"
duration in time per interval and confirm with
ENTER/ MODE. ( Default is 30 sec. )
-
Use UP/ DOWN Key to adjust the "REST" duration
in time per interval and confirm with "Enter/ MODE.
( Default is 30 sec. )
-
Use UP/ DOWN Key to adjust the "Interval" times in
number of cycles and confirm with "ENTER/ MODE.
( Default is 12 cycles. )
-
Press "START' to begin your workout.
-
10 seconds countdown will appear before start.
-
After finish your workout, the 3 min. cool-down will
start.
-
Workout will stop automatically when end of
program is reached.
NOTE
Total workout time, will adapt to your pre-set
interval settings.
