If a condition listed below occurs, please check the following items before calling customer service.
Failure
The machine doesn't
work.
Dehumidification
function can not start.
Without wind
It's noisy at work?

Potential causes of failure
Is the power line properly
connected??
Is the full water indicator light?
(water tank full or not put in place)
Is the room temperature is above
35 degrees or under 5 degrees?
Is the filter blocked?
Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Is the filter plugged?
Is the machine tilted?
Is the filter blocked?
Coil sensor short circuit or open
circuit
Connect the plug and socket well.
Drain the water in the tank and put
it in place.
The protection device is started
and the machine cannot work.
Clean the filter screen according to
the cleaning instructions of
dehumidifier.
Remove the obstruction from the
air inlet or outlet.
Clean the filter screen according to
the cleaning instructions of
dehumidifier.
Move the machine to a flat, strong
position.
Clean the filter screen according to
the cleaning instructions of
dehumidifier.
Check whether the line is loose or
replace the coil sensor.
