When using the equipment
Check if rotation direction is correct.
Only shred wood and plant waste of proper
dimensions.
Wear proper clothes and safety equipment.
Make sure there is enough fuel in the tractor
to prevent an unplanned stop. When using
the TR-600T.
Only use shredder in safe conditions, well lit
and ventilated areas.
Push small material with long pieces of wood.
Small wood fragments must be slowly
pushed, longitudinally, to prevent chips from
being thrown against the operator.
Check
whether
connected on the electrical outlet when using
the TR-600T.
The equipment must rest safely on the ground.
To avoid overloading TDP, shredder must be
parallel to the ground.
Blades must be sharp.
Check whether output device is properly
assembled and in the right direction.
Properly secure and adjust counterblade.
Check for the presence of tools or objects on
motor or equipment, mainly inside the funnel.
Check for people, pets or objects near the
area.
Attention!
Unless when maintaining, do not remove
safety devices, protection covers or
collectors. When removal is necessary,
stop the motor, handle carefully and
reassemble properly before using the
equipment again.
To prevent major accidents, do not put
your hand inside the funnel.

Notes:
If the equipment is properly prepared,
start the engine. Wait for it to reach
maximum speed and start working.
For diesel or gasoline engines, keep it
running for a few minutes in order to
reach normal operating temperature.
Never start or run a diesel or gasoline
engine indoors or without ventilation.
The exhaust gas contains carbon
monoxide, an odorless and lethal gas.
Turning the shredder on TR-600T
When all preparation steps are done, the machine
will be ready for use.
Tractor discharge power must be 540 rpm.
Connecting the crusher TR-600G
Make sure there is oil in the crankcase and
correct level.
Check for gasoline in the fuel tank.
Set the on and off switch to the "ON" position
and open the fuel valve. Then activate the
choke lever and start the switch or lightly
pull the rewind starter cord until you meet
resistance, then pull it sharply. Repeat this
operation until the engine runs. In the model
with electric starter motor, pulling the rewind
starter cord is not necessary. Check the motor
manual for the proper start-up procedure.
Gently pull the retractable starting cord until
meet resistance, and then pull it sharply.
Repeat until the motor starts.
Let the motor warm up for a few minutes and
return the choke lever to its original position.
Operate the throttle and start working.
To turn off the motor. Turn off the motor
specified key.
