4.4 Taking blood pressure readings
1. Adjust the display tilt angle in that way, that the marking of the
tilt mechanism

3. The unit is ready for measurement, the last measurement result
of the seleceted user memory will be displayed and an acoustic
signal will be emitted. The unit then inflates the cuff until suffi-
cient pressure has built up for a measurement.
4. During inflation process the pressure display changes constant-
ly. The unit slowly releases air from the cuff and carries out the
measurement. It is possible, that the unit again inflates some air
if the pressure is insufficient.During measurement, the pulse
frequency will also be measured. You may stop and leave the
measurement process manually by pressing the START-button

5. When the measurement is finished, the cuff is deflated com-
pletely. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the pulse
value with the pulse symbol appear on the display.

6. The measured values are stored automatically. Up to 500
measured values for each of 2 users with date and time may be
stored in the memory. If you want to display the saved values
again, press the MEM-button
4.5 Switching off the unit
The device features an automatic switch off function. If no buttons
are pressed for approx. 1 minute, the device automatically switches
to standby mode. You can also switch off the display of the blood
pressure values by pressing the START button
