drying level of food products, stop the appliance operation, unplug the power cord plug from
the socket, wait for the product housing to cool down and then open the housing.
If any food products are left on the tray or housing after drying, remove them before laying a
new batch of products. Food product residues remaining on the trays or housing can disturb
air circulation, which can lead to overheating of the appliance. The overheated appliance
may cause damage, fi re, or electric shock. Clean the appliance according to the instructions
provided in the section: "Appliance maintenance".
OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Installation, start-up and operation of the appliance
The appliance must be unpacked, and all parts of the packaging completely removed. It is recommended to keep the packaging,
as it can be helpful for further transport and storage of the appliance.
Prepare the appliance according to the instructions specifi ed in the "Appliance maintenance" section.
Setting the trays
Pl ace a drip tray (II) at the bottom of the housing. This will help to keep the inside of the appliance clean in case juices are dripping
from the food pieces.
Slide the trays on the guides inside the housing (III). Make sure that each tray is parallel to the bottom wall of the appliance. De-
pending on the number of food products to be dried, you can use any number of trays supplied with the appliance.
Depending on the size of the dried food products, use trays of diff erent mesh sizes. Note that food products may shrink or change
shape during drying.
After installing all trays inside the housing, close the dehydrator door. The edge of the door along the entire length should come
into contact with the edge of the housing (V).
Caution! It is recommended to test the position of the trays before placing food products on them. This will allow you to gain expe-
rience and make it easier to set up the trays with the food products placed on them.
Placing food products on trays
Caution! It is recommended to lay the food products on trays removed from the housing. Lay the products in one layer. Do not
place food products on a drip tray. Slide the tray with food products into the housing using the lowest pair of guides. Slide the
next trays into the above pair of guides, taking care that the food products placed on the bottom tray do not come into contact
with the tray above.
Tu rning the appliance on and off
After plugging the power cord plug into the mains socket, all the LEDs will light up and then go off . The appliance will enter standby
mode.
Press the power switch – the appliance will turn on in the default operating mode: drying, which will be indicated by lighting up
of the symbol "Drying" on the control panel. You can change the operating mode by pressing the "Mode" button. The dehydrator
can prepare yoghurt in the "Brewing" operating mode. The operating mode selection will be indicated by lighting up of one of two
symbols on the control panel.
The time setting knob allows for setting the appliance operating time in full hours. Operating time will be shown on the appliance
display.
The temperature setting knob allows for setting the operating temperature of the appliance in degrees Celsius. The operating
temperature will be shown on the display of the appliance.
Knob rotation direction is indicated by the arrows and the "+" and "-" symbols. Rotating the knob in the direction of the "+" symbol
increases the value of the set operating parameter and rotating the knob in the direction of the "-" symbol decreases the value.
The change of temperature by each degree is indicated by an audible signal. The change of time by each hour is indicated by an
audible signal. The temperature and time in each operating mode can be set within the range specifi ed in the technical data table.
After setting the time and temperature, wait 5 seconds and do not adjust the parameters or press the buttons. After this time the
appliance will automatically lock the operating parameters and start the operation in the selected operating mode. To change the
time and temperature settings, press and hold the button marked "Mode" for approx. 3 seconds, which will unlock the possibility
of changing the parameters.
It is possible to turn off the appliance at any time by pressing the power switch.
Drying may take up to several hours. After fi nishing drying, unplug the power cord plug from the socket. Wait for the trays to cool
down and proceed with their disassembly, gradually disassembling the trays from the highest to the lowest one.
