AFTER USE
• Set knob to 0 °C.
• Turn off the device (set the illuminated switch in Figure 2 to "0").
The lamp on the switch must be out.
• Disconnect the power plug.
• Allow the device to cool down in a safe location that is inaccessible to children.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning or if the device won't be used for an extended period of time, always
disconnect the power plug.
• Prior to cleaning or storing, the device must cool for at least 30 minutes.
• Never immerse the unit in water or hold the device under running water. When cleaning,
make sure that no water enters into the device's interior.
Warning!
• Do not use alcohol, benzene, abrasive cleaning agents, etc. to clean the device's
plastic components. Do not use hard brushes or metal objects.
The device should be cleaned after every use in order to hinder baked chocolate from
collecting. Remove chocolate chunks from the casing using a plastic or wooden scraper.
Clean the device's casing using a moist rag and a bit of cleaning agent. Dry all components
well upon finishing.
The stainless steel pan can be removed from the device for cleaning. It can be cleaned using
standard household products and is dishwasher safe.
