II.3.1.5 Commissioning
If the pr eviousl y listed c hec ks all have a positive res ult, the machine can be c ommissioned.
Ask all unauthorised personnel to leave the area.
De-activate the magnet circuit br eaker switc hes on the
compressor power suppl y.
Simulate an empty s tart in order to ens ure that the power
contactors have been inserted c orrectl y.
Are the power contactors ins erted correctl y?
Disconnec t the power from the auxiliary s upply again.
De-activate the magnet circuit br eaker switc hes on the
compressor power suppl y.
Power the auxiliar y circuit.
Start the machine usi ng the control panel (ON/OFF key)
disabling the rec over y units via the control panel or excludi ng
the c ons ent of the recover y unit differential pr essure s witc h.
Chec k the c orrect rotation of the pumps, the flow rates and
functi oning of the rec over y unit s ens ors.
Take the unit to nor mal wor king conditions (summer or winter)
