Installing the Wheels (Fig . 2)
1. Mount one of the wheels and the plain
washer onto the wheel axle.
2. Insert the pin through the hole in the wheel
axle until it snaps into place.
3. Push the cover into the wheel hub.
4. Follow above steps to install the other
wheel.
Installing the Middle Handle
Frame (Fig . 3)
1. Align the two holes in the middle handle
frame with the holes in the lower handle
frame. Make sure the support seat on the
middle handle frame is facing up as shown
in Fig. 3.
2. Insert two bolts with washers through the
holes and secure the middle handle frame
to the lower handle frame with the wing
nuts.
Installing the Main Handle
1. Lift the main handle and align the two holes in the main handle with the holes in the middle
handle frame as shown in Fig. 4a.
2. Insert two bolts with washers through the holes and secure the main handle to the middle
handle frame with the wing nuts.
3. Secure the cable to the middle handle frame using the cable clip as shown in Fig. 4b.
