2. Safety warnings for using pressure washers
WARNINGS!
• Do not use dirty water, sandy or that contains
chemicals, as this may affect the performance
and life of the high pressure washer
The high pressure jet is dangerous if not
used properly. It should not be directed
at people, animals, electrical appliances
or the high pressure washer itself.
• This product is designed to use it with the
cleaning agent supplied or recommended by
the manufacturer. Using other cleaning agents
or chemicals may adversely affect the safety of
the appliance
• High pressure jets can be dangerous if
misused. The jet must not be directed at
persons, live electrical equipment or the
product itself.
• Do not use the product within reach of persons
unless they are wearing protective clothing.
• Do not direct the jet at yourself or others for
the purpose of cleaning clothes or footwear.
• Risk of explosion - Do not spray flammable
liquids.
• High pressure washers must not be used by
children or untrained personnel.
• High pressure couplings, fixings and hoses are
important for the safety of the product. Use only
hoses, fittings and couplings recommended by
the manufacturer.
• To ensure the safety of the product, use only
spare parts from the manufacturer or those
approved by the manufacturer.
• Water that has flowed through backflow
preventers is considered undrinkable.
•Do not use the product if a power cord or
important parts of the same are damaged, for
example safety devices, high pressure hoses,
trigger gun.
• Improper extension cords can be dangerous.
If an extension cord is used it must be suitable
for outdoor use and the connection must be
kept dry and off the ground. It is recommended
that this be achieved by means of a cable reel
that keeps the base at least 60mm above the
ground.
• Do not use products that work with an
internal combustion engine indoors, unless the
national work authorities evaluate the adequate
ventilation.
• Make sure that any exhaust emissions are not
in the vicinity of the air inlets.
• To reduce the risk of sharp injuries, keep
hands, feet, and other body parts away from
the water stream.
• Disconnect from power supply before carrying
out user maintenance.
• The pressure washer must not be used by
children or by persons untrained in its use.
• Do not leave your pressure washer unattended
when it is plugged in. Turn off and unplug when
not in use and for servicing or maintenance.
• Do not allow the pressure washer to run
without water as serious damage could occur.
• Do not start or use your pressure washer
during rain or electrical storms.
• Do not turn on, do not use, or store your
pressure washer in an excessively cold
environment, as frozen water will damage the
equipment.
• Your pressure washer has been designed
to work with water only or with a detergent
specifically formulated and approved for use
with pressure washers. The use of unsuitable
detergents or cleaning products can cause
personal injury and damage to the pressure
washer and/or surface being cleaned.
• Do not use with other cleaning agents,
chemicals, gasoline, acids, acetone or any type
of solvent or corrosive.
• Do not allow water to enter the equipment.
• Do not use your pressure washer near children
and pets.
• High pressure nozzles, guards and couplers
are important to the safety of the appliance.
Use only nozzles, guards, and couplers
recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use the appliance if the power cord or
important parts of the appliance are damaged,
eg safety devices, high pressure nozzles,
trigger guns etc.
• Improper cable extension can be dangerous.
2.1 Before operating the pressure
washer
• Pressurized spray is very powerful and
dangerous if misused. It is not recommended
for painted surfaces, wood surfaces or articles
attached with adhesive.
• Do not use bleach, chloride, chemical
products or any other cleaner containing acid
or that is not specific for pressure washers.

• To minimize the amount of water entering in
contact with
the pressure washer during the operation, set
it as far as
possible from the place to be washed.
2.2 When operating the pressure
washer
• Wear eye protection and thick clothes.
• When spraying, always use both hands to gain
total control of the lance.
• Never touch the nozzle or the water spray
while the pressure washer is in operation.
•To allow free air circulation while being
operated DO NOT cover it.
• Keep all the connections dry an above ground.
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands
