SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Parents and supervisors should be aware of their responsibility, since, due to children's
natural playfulness and love of experimentation, situations and conduct will likely arise for
which the training unit is not intended.
•
If you allow a child to use the product, do not leave it unattended during use. Make all
necessary adjustments to the product yourself and supervise the child during exercise.
RISK OF HEALTH HAZARDS
•
The heart rate monitor can be faulty. Too intense training may result in dangerous injury or
death. If your performance level drops unusually, stop exercising immediately.
•
Excessive training may result in dangerous injury or death. Cease training immediately if
you feel nauseous or weak!
•
Please consult your physician before beginning training. Ask your physician about the extent
of training appropriate for you.
•
If you have special impairments such as a pacemaker, pregnancy, orthopedic conditions,
taking medication, etc., discuss your training regime beforehand with your physician.
Improper or excessive training can pose a health risk, result in injury/damages, or lead to
death.
•
Stop exercising immediately and consult your physician if you experience any of the following
symptoms: Nausea, dizziness, extreme shortness of breath, heart palpitations, or chest pain.
•
Note: The individual human performance necessary to perform an exercise may vary from
the mechanical performance indicated.
CAUTION RISK OF INJURY
•
Do not use the product if it is damaged or defective. In this case, contact a professional
workshop or our customer service.
•
Always verify that the product is in impeccable condition before use. Defective components
must be replaced immediately as failure to do so may impair the functioning and safety
of the product.
•
Regularly check the screw connections and tighten them when necessary.
•
Make sure that there is enough clearance around the cross trainer during training. No levers,
setting mechanisms, or furniture may protrude into the training area. To prevent injury, no
persons, especially small children, may be in the training area. Wear comfortable sportswear
and sturdy sports shoes with a nonslip sole. Never exercise barefoot.
•
To prevent injury, your feet should be fully on the pedal's tread surfaces during your entire
training.
•
Ensure that there is su cient ventilation in your exercise room. But avoid drafts during
training.
•
Make sure that no more than one person uses the product at a time.
•
Do not put any objects into any openings on the product
•
Always use the product on a horizontal, level, nonslip and solid surface. Never use near
water, and keep a distance around the product of at least 1 meter to the side, back and
front for safety reasons.
