ELECTRONIC KNIFE (OPTIONAL PF25E)
When the electric knife is included, position it

on the machine, fit it on the ring nut (L) (make

sure the ring nut is well tightened) and clamp
S
it by screwing the two knobs (N).

Insert the electric cable of the knife into the
socket (Q) on the side of the machine, and
EN
activate the knife by pressing the button (R)
(check that the machine is on and the bowl lid
Q
down).
Once the knife has been activated, rotation of
the blade can be adjusted by acting on the
potentiometer (S) to change the cutting
speed (depending on the type of pasta to be
cut).
Press the button (R) again to stop operation of the knife.
Whenever machine operation is interrupted, the electronic knife also stops. To put
electronic knife back in movement, make sure that the machine is on and the bowl
lid down before pressing the button (R).
If using the appliance for the first time, remove the protective film and thoroughly
clean the appliance to eliminate any manufacturing residue before switching it on.
DOSES FOR 1.5 KG OF DOUGH
1 kg of type 00 flour + 7-8 eggs (one egg corresponds to approximately 50 g or 50 ml), or
380-400 ml of liquid between eggs and water (use at least 3 eggs to give the dough consi-
stency).
The kneading cycle lasts approximately 8-10 minutes.
