The dough obtained is granular-shaped (see
figure).
If the dough loses its granular properties
towards the end of the cycle, add small doses
of liquid or flour to obtain the right consisten-
cy.
Several types of flour can be used with the appliance (00, durum wheat, spelt, kamut, whole
flour); in these cases the dosage of the liquid part indicated above (eggs or eggs and water)
must be modified to obtain the right consistency of the dough (granular).

The recommended dosage is purely indicative even if tested during the inspection
phases.
LIQUID COOLING
This appliance is equipped with a liquid cooling system so that the inlet does not overheat
during extrusion of the pasta.
This cooling system therefore kee-
ps dough inside the inlet from hea-
ting
and
losing
the
right
consistency.
WATER CONNECTION
Perform the water connection ac-
cording to the diagram and proceed
as follows:
- Install a shut-off valve upstream of
the machine.
- Connect the water filling pipe to
the tap and position the drain pipe
of the machine on a drain in the air.
- Check that there are no water leaks by opening the tap a bit at a time.
