TROUBLE SHOOTING
To program the monitors, make sure that you are doing so in the main entrance panel of the
building and that only one panel has been defined as the main panel of this building. Check
that you have communication with the main entrance panel, before pressing the pushbutton
you wish to associate to the monitors. Remember that the entrance panel emits confirmation
tones when the monitors has received the code (i.e. when the equipment is programmed). If
you are unable to program the connection brackets/telephones, check the connection between
the pushbuttons and the main module and between the pushbutton modules.
Nothing works
Check whether the LED of the power supply unit interface is unlit.
With LED unlit: a) check the mains voltage, b) disconnect terminals B3, B2 and B1, B2 of the
power supply unit interface and check the voltage in the terminals. If no voltage is detected
in these terminals, the power supply unit interface may be defective. If a voltage is detected,
check that there is no short circuit in the connections B3, B2 or B1, B2 between the devices of
the installation.
With LED lit: check the voltage between terminals B3, B2 and B1, B2. Disconnect terminals
B3, B2 and B1, B2 of the power supply unit interface and re-check the voltage in the terminals.
If no fault is detected, the main module of the entrance panel may be defective.
The card-holders do not light up
Configure the lighting in "always ON" mode by moving switch 6 of SW2 up (see page 65).
• If the card-holder remains unlit, check the voltage at BUS terminals B2, B3. If no fault is
detected, the main module may be defective.
• If the card-holder lights up, the system is working properly, see next point for more
information.
