6.4 Recharging the battery from the charging port

The CRETA SILENT SOL and CRETA SILENT RC models have a charging port
(CHARGER PORT) to recharge the battery of the generator. The CRETA SILENT
ATS model hasn´t it, because the battery of the generator is charged from an
external ATS box through the communication connector of 7 wires.
Connect the battery charger (included with the machine) to a 230V socket and to
the charging port (CHARGER PORT) on the control panel of the generator.
Charging can take around four hours.
NOTE: Do not use chargers or other plugs different of the original. If you need
to replace the charger, purchase an original from your GENERGY supplier.
If you do not have a 230V socket, you can start the generator manually and let it
run for a few hours. The battery also recharges from the engine.
After charging, if the battery still does not work, take it to a technical service for
inspection, it may be in poor condition and needs to be replaced.
