8. Remove the bag.
NOTE: Always wait at least 20 seconds before sealing again.
Vacuum sealing a bag
1. Place the appliance on a flat, dry surface and plug in the appliance.
2. Place food into the vacuum bag.
At least 8 cm
of space
3. Place the opening of the bag into the vacuum channel.

Allow at least 8 cm of space between
the bag contents and the opening of
the bag.
Clean and straighten the opening
of the bag.
There should be no wrinkles or
foreign objects in the opening of
the bag as they may cause leakage
during vacuum sealing and ruin the
seal.
Make sure that the opening of the
bag is not wet. A wet bag may be
difficult to heat and ruin the seal.
