10.9 Changing the factory pre-set pressures.
Keep in mind that to reduce the air outlet pressure of the compressor, there is a manual
regulator next to the pressure gauges. Use this regulator only to set the nominal tank
pressure.
NOTE:
This operation should be performed only by qualified personnel or an
Authorized Service GENERGY.
NOTE: Never set a pressure higher than 10 BAR, which is the maximum pressure
allowed for this compressor.
1: Locknut for fixing nut 2
2: Regulation of the load / cut pressure difference (default 2BAR)
3: Locknut for fixing nut 4
4: Regulation of the nominal tank pressure (default 8BAR)
Regulation of the cutting pressure to the tank:
The working pressure of the air tank. To adjust this pressure, loosen the locknut 3 and
then turn nut 4 to change the cutting pressure. When the desired value is reached
(maximum 10BAR), adjust locknut 3 to fix it.
Regulation of the difference between loading and cutting pressures:
The compressor has set a difference of 2 bar between the loading pressure and cutting
pressure. The compressor cuts off the air inlet when it reaches the established working
pressure, and will recharge again when the nominal pressure drops 2 BAR.
It is not recommended to change the difference between loading and cutting pressure,
because 2 BAR is a factory recommended value. Only adjust in case of unregulated
values.
To adjust this pressure, loosen the locknut 1 and then turn nut 2 to change the pressure
difference. When the desired value is reached, adjust locknut 1 to fix it.
