There are two ways to hang your attachment for storage.
To use the hanger cap (71), push in the button and

place the hanger cap over end of the lower end
attachment shaft. Slightly rotate the cap from side to
side until the button locks into place.
The secondary hole (72) in the attachment shaft can

ATTACHING THE HANDLE (Fig. 4)
A barrier handle should be used for ensuring the best
control and maximizing operator safety.
Place the handle base (75) and the bracket (78) on
■
the shaft housing below the spacer (74).
Install the two handle base screws (26) and nuts (77),
■
but do not tighten completely.
Place the front handle (18) grip onto the handle base
■
and install the two screws. Tighten securely.
Adjust the position of the front handle for best
■
balance and comfort.
Tighten the two handle base screws securely.

This spacer limits the upper position of the handle grip.
ATTACHING THE SHOULDER STRAP (Fig. 5)
Connect the latch (22) on the shoulder strap (4) to the
■
strap hanger (2).
Adjust the shoulder strap hanger to a balanced
■
position where the blade or cutter attachment will
suspend between 100 mm to 300 mm above the
ground surface.
Adjust the strap hanger to a comfortable position.
■
Note: To quickly release the product from the
shoulder strap, sharply pull the quick release tab (21).
