Using the toilet
We recommend to always have the fan running, to prevent deposits that may occur. In addition,
it keeps the toilet area dry and extends the life of the fan.
If the fan must be switched off, it is important to put the lid on the latrine container and take it
out of the toilet. Otherwise, there is a risk that it will start to smell, and flies will come in and lay
eggs.

Cleaning & Maintenance
The Villa-models should be cleaned with an environmentally friendly non-abrasive cleaner. The toilet
is made of strong high-gloss polypropylene material that risks being scratched if any abrasive cleaner
or scouring pad is used. Use regular all-purpose cleaner and a soft damp cloth for optimal cleaning.
The fan must run continuously to avoid odors in the toilet area. Rinse the filter in the fan duct with
water at regular intervals to maintain good ventilation. See the pictures below.
Cleaning of the urine drain should be done at regular intervals, as urine salts can clog the pipes over
time. For best results, use a drain cleaner.
Tip! Use Separett Bio Drain Cleaner tablets to prevent deposits in the urine drain.
