3.2. DEVICE USE
1.
The dough must be fried in hot oil, therefore, at the
very beginning of the churros production process,
connect the fryer to the power supply and heat the oil.
2.
Turn the fryer on using the switch (for RC-CMM287)
and turn the temperature knob to the desired
temperature. An orange light will come on, which
means that the heater is heating up. The light turned
off means that the desired (set) temperature has been
reached.
3.
The heater will keep turning on automatically to
maintain the desired temperature when the oil
temperature drops. The orange light will come on
again then.
4.
When the oil is at the desired temperature, turn the
lever several times to raise the piston.
5.
Open the feeder and insert the dough.
6.
Screw on the desired hopper to shape the donuts.
7.
Turn the lever in the opposite direction until the
dough is squeezed out of the hopper and tear off by
hand when the piece is the desired length.
8.
Gently put the pieces into the fryer.
9.
Take the pieces out when they are fried with the tongs
or chopsticks. Under no circumstances put your hands
in the fryer!
