INSTRUCTION MANUAL
The cooking basket must only be used for cooking food and/or at speed
between 1 and 4. It may also be used over the lid to prevent splashes.
Let the appliance cool down before cleaning.
CAUTION: When using the appliance, some surfaces (lid, measuring
cup, stainless steel bowl, lid of steamer,...) may heat up. Ensure that
they are not hot when handling the appliance.
Do not move the appliance when it is working and/or when it contains
hot liquids. Wait until it turns off automatically, or turn it off manually.
Always wait at least 5 minutes before blending hot liquids to prevent
splashing and burns.
Be careful if a hot liquid is poured into the food processor as it can be
ejected out of the appliance due to sudden steaming.
Avoid contact with the steam escaping from the lid during and after using
the appliance.
Do not touch the moving parts of the appliance. Do not use the appliance
when the bowl is empty.
Do not touch the food directly when it is inside the bowl.
Ensure that the bowl and its lid are correctly placed and closed before
turning on the appliance.
When using the appliance at a speed higher than 3, place the measuring
cup on the lid to avoid splashing.
Do not remove the lid before the blades have stopped completely.
Do not touch the tips of the cutting blades. To remove or place the blades
in the bowl, hold them by their upper part.
If food remains in the blades, turn the appliance off before removing it.
Take proper precautions when handling the blades, especially when
removing them, emptying the bowl and during cleaning, to avoid cutting
yourself.
Always hold the bowl by the handle.
Always hold the cooking basket with the help of the hook of the spatula.
Never use the bowl or any other component of the appliance in the
microwave.
