CLEANING

·
Turn the appliance off and let it cool down before cleaning.
·
Clean your cooking machine with a damp cloth and some dishwashing soap and let it dry.
·
Do not clean the cooking machine with cleaning products, solvents or with abrasive products.
·
To prevent damages to internal parts of the appliance do not let water or any other type of
liquids into the ventilation system.
·
To clean the steamer and all its parts, wash them carefully with a soft cleansing agent and hot
water. You can also wash the parts in the dishwasher.
·
Use a soft cloth for drying.
·
Never use sharp objects or metal scourers, as these will cause scratches and irreparable
damage.
·
Do not place the appliance in water or any other liquid, or hold it under running water.
·
During cleaning, be careful with the blades as they are very sharp.
·
We recommend cleaning the appliance after each use to eliminate all traces of food.
·
We also recommend that you remove the sealing ring for the lid to be cleaned separately.
·
Wash the inside and outside of the bowl without the blades, with hot water or in the dishwasher.
·
Plastic components and accessories (lid, measuring cup, sealing rings, spatula, basket and
butterfly) are dishwasher-proof, provided they are place in the top rack of the dishwasher. They
can also be washed with water, soap and a sponge or non-abrasive brush: They must not be
immersed in water or any other liquids.
·
Clean and wash the blades with a brush under running water to eliminate all traces of food.

·
To facilitate cleaning the blades and the inside of the mixing bowl, fill it with water until it covers
the blades, close the lid and start it on speed 8 for a few seconds.
·
Make sure that the contact pins at the bottom of the bowl are always dry and clean.
·
If necessary, clean them. We recommend that you dismantle the blades from the mixing bowl
for cleaning, especially when you clean it in the dishwasher.

IMPORTANT
Do not leave the blades under water for a long time, as this may damage them.
Leaving the blades with traces of food or using a very aggressive dishwasher liquid may cause traces of
rust to appear. However, these traces can easily be removed with a brush or a vinegar-based solution.
